Privacy policy

on this website.

How Reality Inc. handles information when you visit the Trustable website or contact us. Last updated October 21, 2026.

Who we are

Trustable is offered by Reality Inc., a Delaware corporation based in San Francisco (“Reality,” “we,” “us”), which controls the personal data described here. This policy covers trustable.ai and its pages. The Trustable platform at demo.trustable.ai is covered by the agreement you sign with us, not by this policy; where we process files on a customer’s behalf, that customer controls them and our agreement with them governs.

What we collect

Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, work email, company and message. Demo booking opens on Cal.com; this website takes no bookings, uploads or email itself.

Technical data needed to deliver pages. Our hosting provider (currently Vercel) receives your IP address, browser details, the page requested and the time, and may keep operational logs to run and protect the service.

Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, Google Analytics (Google LLC) and PostHog (PostHog Inc., United States) record the pages and measured page sections you view, tab and navigation choices, scrolling, clicks on links to other sites, device and browser type, and approximate location, using the cookies described in the cookie notice. Advertising features and session recordings are turned off. Nothing loads if you decline or your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

Your choices on this device. Your browser’s local storage keeps your analytics choice and, if you pick it, the dark theme. These are never sent to us.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your questions, arrange and run demos, keep the website working and secure, and meet legal obligations. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics, on our legitimate interests in responding to you and operating the site, on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, or on our legal obligations. If you contact us, we may follow up about Trustable; you can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for automated decisions that affect you. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a decline of analytics. We do not track visitors across sites.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website, our email and, if you accept, our analytics (Google and PostHog), under their obligations to protect it; with professional advisers; when the law requires it; to protect our rights, users or the public; or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of our business, under this policy’s protections.

Retention and security

We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond, manage our relationship with you, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, then delete or de-identify them. Hosting logs are kept for the provider’s operational period. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security, so please do not email sensitive records, passwords or customer files.

We are based in San Francisco and Toronto, so information may be processed in the United States, Canada and other countries. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict how we use it. California residents may request to know what we collect and how we use it, and to delete or correct it. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email hello@trustable.ai. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires, and we may decline a request where the law allows. You may use an authorized agent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data; if you believe a child has sent us any, contact us and we will delete it.

Product data

This website does not accept files for analysis or connect to an agent system. How documents, images or video are handled in an evaluation or deployment, including retention and access, is agreed in writing before anything is shared.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here with a new date, and using the website after that means you accept them where the law allows. Questions: hello@trustable.ai, Reality Inc., San Francisco, California.
