Agreement
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Reality Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Reality,” “we,” “us”), which offers Trustable. They govern your use of trustable.ai (the “website”). By using the website you agree to them, and you confirm that you are of legal age and, if you use it for an organization, that you can bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
The website
The website gives general information about Trustable. Use of the Trustable platform and API, including demo.trustable.ai, evaluations and paid services, is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over these terms for that use.
Capabilities marked “In development” describe work in progress, not commitments. Examples and figures marked illustrative are not real results. Nothing on the website is legal, compliance, underwriting, claims or financial advice. We may change or remove any part of the website at any time.
AI results can be wrong
Trustable uses AI and automated analysis. No AI is 100% accurate. Results are probabilistic signals, not guarantees or findings of fact, and they can be wrong in either direction: flagging a genuine file (a false positive) or missing an edited, forged or AI-generated one (a false negative).
Do not rely on a result as the sole basis for any decision with legal, financial or safety consequences, such as approving or denying a loan, a claim, a payment or an identity. A qualified person should review each result with the other evidence available. You are responsible for the decisions you make and for following the laws that apply to them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website unlawfully or to infringe anyone’s rights; try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it; probe or test its security without our written permission; scrape it in a way that degrades the service; copy it to build a competing product or model; introduce malware; misrepresent an affiliation with Trustable or Reality; or use it to create, help or hide fraud or deception. To report a security issue, email hello@trustable.ai and do not access data that isn’t yours.
Ownership
The website’s text, illustrations, design and code belong to Reality or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation; any other copying, modification or commercial reuse needs our written permission. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Trustable and the Trustable logo are trademarks of Reality Inc. If you send feedback or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose, without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ANY INFORMATION OR RESULTS SHOWN ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR CURRENT, OR THAT ANY DETECTION WILL IDENTIFY EVERY EDITED, FORGED OR AI-GENERATED FILE OR CORRECTLY IDENTIFY EVERY GENUINE ONE. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for them.
Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER REALITY NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Reality and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the website, any decision you make using information from it, or your breach of these terms or the law.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Except where the law does not allow it, any dispute will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of a recognized arbitral body, seated in Delaware. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to take part in a class or representative action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property or confidentiality matters. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.
General
These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the website. If any part is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest still applies. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
